Since many items are handcrafted to order, please allow 2-4 business days for processing in addition to the estimated shipping times. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our store is closed on weekends and holidays, so orders are not processed during these times.

If there is any delay in processing or shipping, we will notify you directly.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.

• Free Shipping: Orders with free shipping will be sent by regular mail, which does not include tracking or insurance, and delivery times may vary based on location and local postal service conditions.

Silent Moon Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, as we are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small business that handcrafts all our items, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges please email us directly. Please make sure to order your correct size of bracelet by measuring your wrist before ordering.

Upon receiving the exchange items, we will send you your new items. Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, and Silent Moon Co. is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
